Nicely divided for easy access to common words/phrases. Now possible to correspond fairly well with Brazilian acquaintance. Book is nice size for toting and reading. Good-sized font. Able to study without magnifying glass. Clear distinct print. rose

This is nice addition to have to whatever portuguese books and lessons you are perusing through. The phrase book helps to build a nice base to start with, and they begin with mostly travel phrases that you will encounter right out of the gate. Once you have that down, then move onto verbs and conjugation. Recommended.

This book has a ton of great information. It has a pretty extensive dictionary, important phrases, key verb conjugations. It's really easy to use and explains everything clearly. I am teaching myself Brazilian portuguese and this book is an excellent supplement to other learning materials.

I have been trying to read books written in portuguese and this litle dicctionary is helping a lot, also if you are going to travel will be necessary.
