Cute Book April 15, 2007 J. L. Thistle (Paramus, NJ) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If your child likes the tv show The Backyardigans, then they will like the book. It is basically a written copy of the show. Some pages contain a lot of words, but at bedtime, I shorten it a bit. I would order more of these books.
Too Wordy February 10, 2007 TarHeel Dad (Chapel Hill, NC) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
My 3-year-old loves the Backyardigans TV show so I thought this would be the perfect book for her. Although it is a cute book, it is WAY to wordy. The same message could be delivered in half the words so we could move on to the next thousand books we read before bedtime.
Great book (and movie too!) May 16, 2007 Karen G. (San Diego, CA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
We had this movie and had seen the episode on TV already, so we HAD to get this book. Greatly loved by both my girls (ages 4 and 1)!
Good book August 29, 2006 IloveRainbows 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is a good book about how important it is to say please and thank you and not to be rude. However there is much more to being mannerly than just saying please and thank you.
Backyardigan fans will love it April 13, 2007 K. Kuncl (Nebraska) If your child likes the Backyardigans then they will like this book. My children love the Backyardingans, so they enjoyed this book. Its a cute story with colorful artwork. Very entertaining for young people.
