Living Epistles November 7, 2006 The Abbot of CoHo (Edmonton) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
We all need to see the work of God happening around us. This book provides humble examples of the transforming power fo Jesus Christ. Join with the Spirit and see how your life can impact others. James 1:27 (The Message) Anyone who sets himself up as "religious" by talking a good game is self-deceived. This kind of religion is hot air and only hot air. Real religion, the kind that passes muster before God the Father, is this: Reach out to the homeless and loveless in their plight, and guard against corruption from the godless world.
Outstanding Example of Christian Service and Calling September 4, 2007 Mr. Sean Rutter (Milwaukee, WI USA) What a wonderful book! What a great example of being the Hands and Feet of Christ in our world - an orphanage in Haiti. What a blessing this book was to my faith!
