modern management textbookMay 22, 2008 Thomas G. Tinkler(Humboldt, Ks) This is a very thourough book. It has a lot more emphasis on what it takes to be a manager than I expected. This text is very well written and easy to understand. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to know more about management and wanted to get in on the ground floor as far as understanding what it takes.
